Courses

Develop bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge.

1. Accounting Fundamentals or course equivalent
2. QuickBooks Fundamentals or course equivalent
3. Business Communication or course equivalent¹

1 The Business Communication course is required in our CPB Program, but not in our self-study CPB Program.

The course will be required for students who begin the self-study CPB Program after January 1, 2027.

Certifications

Communicate and assure employers or clients of your bookkeeping and QuickBooks knowledge.

Bookkeeping Experience

Apply best practice bookkeeping using Intuit QuickBooks all-in-one platform powered by AI processes, procedures, and steps.

You perform bookkeeping under the direction and supervision of an experienced Certified Public Bookkeeper, Certified QuickBooks Expert manager.

Bookkeeping Experience (three months)

Certified Public Bookkeeper License

Place CPB behind your name and communicate your bookkeeping knowledge, skill, experience, and ethics.

The Certified Public Bookkeeper license communicates you are a bookkeeping expert.

Job Assistance

Complete our Job Assistance Program.

Instruction and Tuition

This Program is a 52-week, structured program (twelve months): students stay on track and follow the 52-week schedule.

Please follow the Program as outlined. Each step is a prerequisite to the next step

Students pay their monthly tuition until they complete the Program.

The Program begins on the first Monday of each month.

Students who pre-pay their tuition receive a 10% discount.

How Do I Begin?

The Program begins on the first Monday of each month and there is a limited number of students.
