Certified Public Bookkeepers (CPB) are America's most qualified bookkeepers.

CPBs perform bookkeeping and payroll accurately and productively.

They perform bookkeeping and payroll for small and large businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Qualifications

Certified Public Bookkeepers:

  • Complete higher-education bookkeeping, payroll, and Intuit QuickBooks courses,
  • Pass a uniform, national three-part exam,
  • Complete best practice bookkeeping training,
  • Possess one year of bookkeeping experience under the supervision of a Certified Public Bookkeeper, and
  • Complete 24 hours of bookkeeping continuing professional education each year.
