Who Should Join?
The community is exclusively for bookkeepers, accounting paraprofessionals, and accounting analysts.
Bookkeepers include anyone who performs the first three steps of the accounting cycle (identify, record, and classify financial transactions).
Accounting paraprofessionals include anyone who performs the next four steps of the accounting cycle (prepare a trial balance, analyze trial balance accounts, adjust trial balance accounts, and prepare financial statements).
Accounting analysts include anyone who performs the last two steps in the accounting cycle (analyze and communicate financial information).
The community is divided into public or private sub-communities or social groups.
Public groups are accessible to anyone who joins the community.
Private groups are accessible to invited members.
Public groups are based on your career status including student, job candidate, employee, and business owner.
Private groups are based on your participation in NACPB's courses, certifications, training, experience, and program.
Groups enable you to identify, connect, share, develop relationships, and network with like-minded individuals.
